Rev. Kurt accepted the call to lead St. Mary’s in 2023. He adores St. Mary’s, who they are, and who they are becoming. He hails from Cape Cod, raised in Ohio, and lived many years in West Michigan. His theological educational journey began at Calvin University, included years of study and pracatice with the Dominican Sisters at Marywood. He graduated from Virginia Theological Seminary with an focus on New Missional Communities.

He delights every day in his family and pets.
